Equipment Insurance

Equipment Insurance covers your portable tools, utensils and equipment against loss or accidental damage occurring anywhere in United Kingdom caused by;

• theft
• fire
• lightning
• explosion
• aircraft
• storm & flood
• escape of water or oil
• falling trees or branches

The sum insured you select should represent the full replacement value of the property. There is a maximum limit of €25,000 in total. All equipment must be stored in a locked compound.

Not Insured:

• theft from any unattended vehicle
• subsidence, heave or landslip
• damage by storm, flood or escape of water or oil to property in a basement or outbuilding unless it is stored 100mm clear of the floor
• terrorism
• the first €100 of each claim, rising to €250 in respect of phones and computers

Animal Illness Cover

Covers veterinary fees for treatment where the animal shows clinical signs of illness:

• Whilst in your care, custody or control; or
• Within 72 hours of leaving your care, custody and control
• Death of any animal as a result of injury or illness whilst in your care, custody and control

Not Insured in respect of Animal Illness Cover:

• Claims submitted after 31 days of the animal completing treatment.
• Cost exceeding maximum benefit
• Costs incurred 72 hours after animal leaves your care, custody and control
• Funeral costs
• Pre-existing injuries or illness
• Any cost of prevention of illness
• Vaccinations, spaying or castration
• Cover is up to €2,000 per boarder with no excess.

Buildings Insurance

Buildings insurance usually covers loss or damage that occurs as a result of:

• fire
• explosion
• bad weather, including lightning, storms and flooding
• earthquakes
• theft or attempted theft
• malicious damage or vandalism
• freezing or bursting of any part of the plumbing system
• falling trees, lampposts, aerials or satellite dishes
• subsidence
• impact by vehicles or aircraft

Contents Insurance

Covers the cost of your commercial Contents due to damage loss as a result of:

• fire
• explosion
• bad weather, including lightning, storms and flooding
• earthquakes
• theft or attempted theft
• malicious damage or vandalism
• freezing or bursting of any part of the plumbing system
• falling trees, lampposts, aerials or satellite dishes
• subsidence
• impact by vehicles or aircraft
